1. The Unforgiven - “In every person there is a bit of barbarian waiting to be unleashed.
A moment when one must decide what one is willing to accept.
Death, defeat, or allow one’s carnal rage to take control and consequences be damned.” - Skharr DeathEater
A lone DeathEater has forsaken his clan.
Leaving behind his previous life he starts building a future next to a dangerous forest in an unknown land.
He tells himself it is better than taking gold for questionable reasons.
A lone old man travelling with a donkey offers him a choice: Continue this farm life, or trade him Skharr’s just finished home and tilled land for a map.
A map that Skharr can use to live large for years… If he survives.
The old peddler watches him.
Realizing the intelligence, the polished actions of the huge man is but an act. A carefully orchestrated semblance of civility, and shudders.
Of all the Barbarian hordes, the rumor was to never, ever upset a DeathEater.
And he had come here to unleash this particular DeathEater back into the world.

2. The Unrestrained - Skharr has made powerful enemies, but what’s new about that?
A Noble wants revenge, and Skharr DeathEater has upset at least one noble willing to pay a high price to kill him.
Painfully.
Skharr is living in an inn, having spent a large sum of money on a weapon—one he never intends to use.
Now, for reasons that have everything to do with trusting the wisdom of another, Skharr has decided to take a gamble on another dungeon. It appears once a year, and every year, the hundreds who enter die.
Can he find this dungeon? And if he finds it, can he make it through? Once the door closes, there is only one way out.
No one will need to worry about Skharr DeathEater if the dungeon kills him first.
One should know a DeathEater will always need killing…twice.

3. The Defender - A powerful wizard working behind the scenes. The true power behind the throne.
A bastard son trying to get a birthright to challenge the status quo.
A dungeon that can provide the status he needs to challenge the next heir... and the wizard.
Armed guards who don't plan on the bastard making it back.
Enter Skharr DeathEater into this story. A Barbarian in the wrong bar at the right time to stop an assassination attempt.
The young prince hires Skharr to protect him, and Skharr figures he has nothing better to do.
Nothing better than to stop hired assassins, a dangerous dungeon run he wasn't planning on joining and perhaps meeting the ultimate creature feared by anyone with any sense.
A Dragon.

4. The GodKiller - Skharr wants a break. He needs a break in his life, and a quiet trip back to Verenvan.
It doesn't look like that is going to happen.
An old god might be making waves in a dungeon that has laid undisturbed for centuries.
No one wants that to happen, so Skharr is asked by a local temple of Theros to get involved.
Unfortunately, the temple does not have many resources to offer him. The one paladin who happens to be nearby is on a sabbatical.
And she has definetly heard of the Barbarian of Theros.
It's Skharr, a paladin on sabbatical, and three mercenaries who are just along for the treasure against what most likely will be power beyond a DeathEater's ability to handle.
Not one to shy away from danger, Skharr and Horse aim their path back to Verenvar.
They just need to find and kill an Old God...and not die before they get there.

5. The Barbarian Of Theros - You are the name others call you.
Barbarian, mercenary, fighter, lover, killer, thief, prince... God Killer.
Emperors call him friend.
He wanted to retire, now he wears a target on his back.
Rumors of dungeons raided, dragons robbed, Emperors showering him with gratitude.
Back in the city of Verenvan, Skharr is attacked.
Not willing to leave him alone, his enemies have made a grave mistake.
Because like a dragon, one should leave a DeathEater asleep.
Now, they have awakened The Barbarian of Theros...
And unlike his deity, there is no mercy in his soul.

6. The Unrepentant - You help wipe out the crime lords of a city, and suddenly those in power want you dead or gone.
The city's council just needs to figure out how to get him to leave.
His axe finished, Skharr needed to deal with getting the prized relic to the DeathEater clan. He decided to exchange a favor, for a favor.
The timing couldn't be better.
No gods to deal with, Skharr has to undertake safely moving a young dwarf back to his family's clan.
Of course, the young dwarf has a chip on his shoulder and an attitude Skharr recognizes from his own past.
At least Skharr doesn't have a goddess warning him about potential death.
That is the dwarf's problem. The young thief should have been more careful who he prayed to.
Hopefully, the two of them can make it to the end without causing too many problems, or dying. If not?
Well, don't expect any apologies from this barbarian.

7. The Barbarian Princess
- He will save his friend from her pain…even if he has to fight a dragon to do it.
Skharr DeathEater, the Barbarian of Theros, friend of dwarves and emperors, must head towards certain death.
Worse, he must do it with the Paladin Cassandra. Dying on his own is one thing. Dying with his friend is a different matter.
Why? Because Skharr is sure Cassandra’s path to healing is through the dragon and her fears.
Can Skharr win Cassandra her life back? Will she be able to live with her memories?
The bigger question is, will Skharr choke the dragon to death from inside its throat after being swallowed alive?
A barbarian does what a barbarian must.
Will Skharr and Cassandra kill the dragon, save it, or become its next meal?

8. The Assassin's Trial - The problem with court politicians is their ability to stab someone in the back, repeatedly.
Skharr DeathEater, the Barbarian of Theros, friend of dwarves and emperors, is a liability.
The mysterious Dealer in Whispers and Death has let it be known in the right ears he can kill Skharr DeathEater. For a hell of a price.
The Dealer has never failed to kill their target in over the two hundred years of their existence, and they love a good challenge.
Can Skharr get himself out of this challenge? Will his friends allow him to go at it alone?
Even the Emperor is shocked to learn he must wait to find out what happens.
Will Skharr survive the Assassin’s Trial for a killing (this time) he didn’t commit? If he does, how will he attack a phantom no one can find?
