Are there any websites or apps where you can add Authors and/or Book Series to a list, and you'll get a notification whenever a new book is released from that list?
Thanks.

Goodreads is great for this exact purpose. It's very user-friendly and has the option to receive emails to let you know when your favorite authors have released a new book.
You can set up author alerts on Amazon by adding that author to your list of "Favorite Authors", and you'll get notices when that author has released a new book
Tracknewbook.com is one of those neat book discovery websites that helps the book lover stay informed with a timely notification service.

I have found Fantasticfiction.com is a great place, even better than GR, for seeing when new books will be released.

Thanks for those two sites - I hadn't heard of them yet, but will check them out.
So far I've been diligently using GR's Most popular books published that month feature, always for three or four months ahead and I've found great reads that way or was made aware that one of my favorite writers had a new book coming out soon.
